BREAD MACHINE "OATMEAL BREAD"

ingredients

1 (1/4 oz.) pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. quick-cooking oats
3 c. bread flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. molasses
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. warm water

preparation

In bread machine, place ingredients in order given. Select "white bread" setting. Bake according to bread machine directions. Yields 1 large loaf that doesn't last too long! Tastes like your Grandmother used to make from scratch!
