MARINATED CHICKEN FOR THE GRILL


ingredients

1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. dry cooking sherry
1/2 c. cooking oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
3 to 4 bay leaves
2 tsp. onion powder
12 chicken breasts or legs

preparation

Wash and cut up chicken. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Add chicken and marinate for several hours. Drain marinade. Grill chicken, basting with marinade.

This chicken is just as good the next day, cold from the fridge.
