MARINATED CHICKEN FOR THE GRILL
1 c. pineapple juice1 c. soy sauce1/2 c. dry cooking sherry1/2 c. cooking oil3 cloves garlic, chopped3 to 4 bay leaves2 tsp. onion powder12 chicken breasts or legs
Wash and cut up chicken. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Add chicken and marinate for several hours. Drain marinade. Grill chicken, basting with marinade.
This chicken is just as good the next day, cold from the fridge.
