6 c. beef broth
1/4 c. potato, diced
1/2 c. carrots, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
2 Tbsp. onion, diced
1/4 c. alphabet macaroni pasta

Bring beef broth to a boil in a soup pot. Add potatoes, carrots, celery and onion. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add alphabet macaroni. Simmer 5 more minutes. Serves 6.
