QUICK LUNCH CASSEROLE
Enough boiled elbow macaroni (to fill half casserole dish)1 to 2 cans chili without beans plenty of shredded cheese
Mix mac and chili, cover with cheese and bake in oven at 350 degrees until hot through and cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with a dollop of sour cream (optional).
This dish is great with hot cornbread, cottage cheese with fruit.
