Line baking pan with foil (enough foil to wrap and seal brisket inside). Rub brisket with Rudy's Rub or barbeque seasoning. Add salt and pepper as desired. Add approximately 1/8 inch of water to brisket and wrap and seal the brisket in foil. Bake overnight at least 12-14 hours on low heat at 225 degrees. Serve with Rudy's BBQ sauce or other barbeque sauce on the side. |
