PIZZA COOKIE


ingredients

1/2 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. firmly packed light or dark brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. chocolate covered raisins
3/4 c. chocolate covered peanuts

preparation

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan. In medium bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg. Stir in flour and baking soda until well blended. Spread dough into prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle marshmallows and candies on cookie during the last 5 minutes of baking. Cool 10 minutes in pan on wire rack. To serve, cut cookies into 16 wedges. (Use your imagination, adding more candies, etc.)
