PEACH-NUTTIEST TOPPING
1 (4 3/4 oz.) jar strained peaches1/3 c. light corn syrup1 tsp. lemon juice dash of ground cinnamon1 Tbsp. butter or margarine1/4 tsp. vanilla1/4 c. broken pecan halves
In saucepan, combine first 4 ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Cook 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in butter and vanilla. Add pecans. Serve warm over ice cream. Makes 3/4 cup.
