SALMON PARTY BALL(Appetizer)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and deboned1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion1 Tbsp. lemon juice1/4 tsp. salt1/3 c. chopped nuts1/4 c. chopped parsley
Mix all ingredients except nuts and parsley. Shape into a ball. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours. Mix nuts and parsley. Coat ball with mixture.
