HEAVENLY EGGS


ingredients

1 doz. eggs
2 tsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. sweet relish
mayonnaise (to mix)

preparation

Boil eggs 5 minutes; rinse in cool water. Peel shells off. Cut in half and take yolks out. Add mustard, mayonnaise and sweet relish; mash yolks with fork. If mixture is still dry, add more mayonnaise. Take yellow egg mixture and fill in the egg halves.

If you wish, you can put paprika on top.
