SALMON SPREAD
15 1/2 oz. can salmon, drained and flaked8 oz. cream cheese2 Tbsp. horseradish2 Tbsp. onion, grated2 Tbsp. lemon juice2 Tbsp. liquid smoke2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
Combine all ingredients, except parsley, in a large bowl. Mix well. Cover and chill for several hours. Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Serve with crackers.
