PECAN CHICKEN SALAD


ingredients

3 lb. chicken breast
1 c. white grapes, cut into halves
1/2 c. pecan pieces
light mayonnaise
light sour cream
1 to 1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. chopped fresh dill (dry dill limits effect)
salt and pepper

preparation

Place chicken pieces in baking dish. Pour 3 cups chicken broth (your choice preparation) over and bake at 350° until done.

Mix grapes, pecans and celery with fresh dill. Tear chicken into strips. Mix with salt and pepper to taste. Combine mayonnaise and sour cream in one to one ratio to your preference, usually use 1/2 cup each.
