STICKY CHICKEN WINGS


ingredients

5 lb. chicken wings, tips cut off
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar

preparation

Bake wings at 400° for 45 minutes. Heat soy sauce and sugars over medium heat until the sugars are dissolved. Pour over wings. Turn oven down to 300° and bake slowly for another 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Turn them once in a while and keep them in a single layer. Use as either an appetizer or main course.
