SALMON ROLL


ingredients

2 c. baked salmon, flaked, no bones
8 oz. cream cheese, regular or lite
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. smoke flavor
1/4 tsp. salt

preparation

Use king, silver or red salmon. Stir all ingredients together. Shape into roll, ball, log, or leave in bowl. Chill for 3 hours. Serve with crackers.

Option: Roll into chopped nuts.
