In large oiled pot, brown pork. Add garlic salt. When done, add shoyu, water, sushi cone and watercress. Cover; bring to boil. Lower heat; simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. When done, add tofu. Cover; bring to boil. Lower heat; simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot. Hint: Do not overstir to prevent tofu from falling apart. |
