PORK TOFU AND WATERCRESS


ingredients

1 1/2 lb. chopped pork
1 c. shoyu
4 c. water
6 pieces sushi cone, sliced
2 blocks tofu, cubed
2 to 3 bunches watercress, chopped 1 to 2 inches
dash of garlic salt

preparation

In large oiled pot, brown pork. Add garlic salt. When done, add shoyu, water, sushi cone and watercress. Cover; bring to boil. Lower heat; simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. When done, add tofu. Cover; bring to boil. Lower heat; simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot.

Hint: Do not overstir to prevent tofu from falling apart.
