SHRIMP SALAD
1 (6 oz.) can shrimp1 small head lettuce, chopped1 small onion, chopped3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped1/4 c. chopped green pepper2 tomatoes, chopped salt and pepper to taste low calorie French dressing
Drain and rinse shrimp. Combine first 7 ingredients. Toss to mix. Serve with dressing. Yields 4 servings.
