1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 c. salt free seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. low sodium chicken broth
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. ground sage
1/4 tsp. ground thyme
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 large egg white


Combine first 9 ingredients in medium size bowl and blend well with hands. Beat egg white with fork and add to mixture; mix with hands. Shape into 12 patties. Broil 3 to 4 inches from broiler for 4 to 5 minutes until light brown on nonstick cookie sheet. Turn and broil 2 to 3 minutes more. Serves 6.
