PASTA AND CARBONARA SAUCE
4 eggs (at room temperature)1/4 c. butter1 lb. fettucini1/4 c. cream7 oz. salami1 c. Parmesan cheese1/4 c. fresh parsley
Beat eggs and cream until blended. Cook pasta. Put cooked pasta in a hot baking dish (250°). Mix in butter and salami; pour egg mixture over and toss. Add cheese and parsley. Serve warm.
