In a large (4-quart) microwave-safe bowl melt margarine. Add 3 cups sugar and evaporated milk. Mix well. Microwave on High for 5 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes. Mix well. Scrape bowl and microwave for an additional 5 1/2 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes. Remove from microwave. Add morsels and stir until melted. Add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla. Mix well and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Store at room temperature. Makes 3 pounds. |
