QUICKEST OF QUICK HOT CHICKEN POT PIE


ingredients

2 (10 3/4 oz. each) cans cream of potato soup
1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All, drained
2 c. cooked, diced chicken or 3 or more (5 oz.) cans mixin chicken
1/2 c. milk
2 (9-inch) frozen pie crusts, thawed or make your own
1/2 tsp. each thyme and pepper
a bit of oleo (optional)

preparation

Bake at 375° for 40 minutes. Ingredients bought and stored ahead can be combined in minutes for unexpected guests at meal time.
