NO-ROLL PASTRY


ingredients

1 1/2 c. pastry or all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. milk

preparation

Sift directly into a 9-inch pie pan the first 3 ingredients. Mix oil and milk in a cup. Pour over the flour and mix with a fork until no dry flour shows. Press with fingers to line pan and sides as evenly as possible. Fill and bake according to recipe for any one-crust pie.

To make a baked shell, prick all over with a fork. Bake 15 minutes at 425°.
