Pork Chop Casserole
Ingredients:
6 large center cut pork chops
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. onion soup mix
rosemary to taste
1 (1 lb.) jar applesauce
1 c. cranberries
1/4 c. dry vermouth

Directions:

Brown chops in frying pan with salt, pepper, onion soup mix and rosemary.  put on both sides of chops before browning.  Put apple sauce and cranberries in casserole.  Add chops and sauce to casserole.  Add vermouth; cover and bake in a 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.  Serves 6
