Peach Pound Cake

Ingredients:
1 c. butter softened
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. fresh peaches, peeled and chopped
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan and set aside.  Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.  Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.  Combine flour soda and salt in separate bowl.  Mix together sour cream and peaches.  Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream and peaches, begenning and ending with dry ingredients.  Beat well after each addition.  Stir in vanilla and almond extract.  Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 75 to 80 minutes or until cake tests done.  yields 10 to 12 servings.
