Strawberry Cake

 

Ingredients:

1 box white or strawberry cake mix

 1 box strawberry jello

½ c. milk

1 c. cooking oil

4 eggs

½ c. strawberries (fresh or frozen)

½ c. coconut

½ c. pecans

 

Frosting:

1 stick oleo

1 box powdered sugar

½ c. strawberries

½ c. coconut

½ c pecans

 

 

Directions:

Combine cake mix and jello.  Add milk and oil. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add strawberries, coconut and pecans. Mix well. Bake in 3 layers pans and 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
