Keturah’s Favorite Casserole (Chicken Shepherd’s Pie)

 

Ingredients:

5 lbs. Chicken breasts (cut up in small chuncks)

Salt & Pepper to taste

2 Cans cream-style corn

˝ stick butter

5 lbs. Potatoes

1 stick butter

 

 

Directions:

Cook chicken breasts and cut into small chunks. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour into large roaster. Pour cream style corn over chicken. Dot with ˝ stick of butter

 

Cook mash potatoes with 1 stick butter, adding enough milk until smooth and creamy. Salt and pepper to taste.

 

Spread potatoes over corn and spray top of potatoes with PAM. Bake at 325 degrees for about an hour and a half or until slightly browned on top.

 

Server with apple sauce and homemade brownies  MM MM Good!
