Ingredients:
1 16-oz. can fat-free refried beans
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 c. fat-free sour cream
1 to 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c chopped salad olives (optional)
Directions:
In skillet, brown ground beef; drain off fat. Add taco seasoning
ans 1 cup water to ground beef; heat until boiling. Reduce heat to
low and simmer for 10 minutes. Menwhile, spread refried beans in
bottom of a 13x9x2-inch pan. (If you want to heat dip in a microwave,
be sure to use a microwavable dish.) Spread taco meat on top of refried
beans. When it has cooled slightly, spread sour cream on top of meat.
If desired, sprinkle on olives. Top with 1-2
