Elk & Venison Marinade

Ingredients

1 ½ cup water
½ cup rd wine vinegar
2 tsp. Onion flakes
1 clove garlic
½ tsp. Thyme
4 sprigs parsley
12 whole black peppercorns
½ cup chopped celery

Directions

Place ingredients in sauce pan, bring to a boil.  Simmer covered for 1 hour, cool. Pour over meat and marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours.
