Apricot Kugel
(Noodle Pudding)
Ingredients:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) fine egg noodles
1 large pkg. cream cheese
1 c. apricot nectar
3/4 stick butter - melted
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Prepare noodles according to directions on package.  In a large bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients.  Gently mix in the noodles and pour into a buttered 8x8 inch glass baking dish.

Topping
Ingredients:
2 single serving packages of  corn flakes
3/4 stick butter - melted
1/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Crush corn flakes and mix in the melted butter and sugar.  Sprinkle on top of the noodles.  Bake at 325 for 1 hour.

To freeze: Cool kugel, cut in quarters and freeze.  When partially thawed, you may cut into individual servings and microwave for 5 minutes.
