Ingredients:
2 lb. spinach (dasheen bush)
1 cup coconut water
8 fresh okras
1 green pepper chopped
1 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic
2 scallions chopped
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Directions:
Melt butter, and onions, peppers, scallions, and okra. Cook until
tender. Add Spinach or (dasheen bush) a small amount at a time.
Add garlic, bouillon cube, and coconut water. Cook until tender.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
