Directions:
Cook onion and rice in chicken broth, substituting chicken broth for
the amount of as listed on rice package. Mix all ingredients together
except green beans and chicken; add green beans and toss lightly.
Pour 1/2 of mixture into casserole dish and add a layer of chopped chicken.
Pour remainder of mixture over the chopped chicken. Bake in a 3 quart
casserole dish for 30 minutes at 350. Take out and top with crushed
ritz crackers and dot with butter. Bake about 5 more minutes.
