Mix graham crackers, 1/3 cup sugar and butter to form a crust into bottom and sides of a Spring Form Pan. Chill 45 Minutes. Combine gelatin and sugar in top of double boiler; stir in milk and beaten eggs and cook over boiling water, stirring constantly until gelatin is dissolved, (about 5 minutes or it will get gummy if cooked too long). Blend cream cheese and lime juice with electric mixer at high speed until smooth. Add gelatin mixture and mix well. Stir in whipped cream (or cool whip). Place in crust and refrigerate until firm. Refrigerate any leftovers. |
