Mix together breadcrumbs and milk. Add the salt and onion. Combine with the ground chuck and ground pork and blend well. Press into loaf pan (2-inch deep X 7 to 7 1/2-inch long). Bake at 350° for 1 hour. After 1/2 hour, drain fat and top meat loaf with a layer of barbeque sauce. Drain fat again at the end of baking. Can be made in large quantities and frozen. |
