ZUCCHINI "CRAB CAKES"

ingredients

2 c. zucchini, grated and drained
2 eggs or Egg Beaters
1 c. bread crumbs
3 green onions, chopped
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp. low-fat mayo

preparation

Mix all ingredients. Form into 8 patties. Sauté in small amount of oil until golden brown. Serve with tartar sauce.
