KEY LIME PIE


ingredients

9-inch pie crust
3 egg yolks
5 oz. Key lime juice
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
1 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip
fresh lime slices (for garnish)

preparation

Prepare or purchase a 9-inch pie crust (regular or graham cracker).

Mix egg yolks, lime juice and condensed milk with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Pour into prebaked or ready-made pie crust and bake for 15 minutes at 350°. Allow pie to cool and top with whipped cream. Decorate with slices of fresh lime.
