DEVILED EGGS
6 hard-boiled eggs1/4 c. mayonnaise1 tsp. prepared mustard1/2 tsp. salt dash of pepper1 Tbsp. pickle relish1 tsp. minced onion paprika for color
Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and mash them, then add remaining ingredients. Refill the egg whites and sprinkle with a little paprika on top. Chill until ready to serve.
