DEVILED EGGS


ingredients

6 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 Tbsp. pickle relish
1 tsp. minced onion
paprika for color

preparation

Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and mash them, then add remaining ingredients. Refill the egg whites and sprinkle with a little paprika on top. Chill until ready to serve.
