2 c. self rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 Tbsp. milk
1 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. nuts, chopped
3 c. fresh apples, finely chopped

Mix all except apples and nuts. Batter will be stiff; mix well. Stir in apples and nuts. Pour into a bundt pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
