POTATO SALAD
1 c. mayonnaise1 tsp. prepared mustard1/2 tsp. celery seed1/2 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. black pepper4 c. cubed, cooked potatoes2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped1/2 c. chopped onion1/2 c. celery slices1/2 c. chopped sweet pickle paprika for sprinkling (if desired)
Combine mayonnaise, mustard, celery seed, salt and pepper; mix well. Add potatoes, eggs, onion, celery and pickle; mix lightly. Chill before serving.
