1 lb. Oreos, crushed
1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 stick oleo, melted
8 oz. cream cheese
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix 1/2 Oreos and margarine. Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix pudding as directed on box, then mix it with cream cheese and spread over crumbs. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top and chill.
