EASY MOCHA CHEESE CAKE


ingredients

1 (11.1 oz.) pkg. Jell-O no bake real cheese cake
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 (15g) envelope or 2 Tbsp. General Foods International Coffees (Swisse mocha flavor)
1 1/2 c. cold milk

preparation

Mix crumbs, sugar and butter thoroughly with fork in a 9-inch pie plate until crumbs are well moistened. Press firmly against sides of plate, first using finger or large spoon to shape edges. Press remaining crumbs firmly onto bottom, using measuring cup.

Beat General Foods International Coffees Swisse mocha, milk and filling mix with electric mixer on low speed until blended. Beat on medium speed 3 minutes. (Filling will be thick.) Spoon into crust. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Makes 8 servings.
