Heat wok and add oil. Stir-fry onion, celery and char siu for 2 to 3 minutes. Add noodles, bean sprouts, green onion and sesame oil; cook for 3 minutes. Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar. Add to noodles. Toss lightly to mix. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Serves 6. |
