2 c. corn meal
1 tsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. seafood seasoning or cajun seasoning

Blend in a blender to make a powder. Coat fish and fry in hot oil. M-mmmm!
