preparation
       Pour milk, sugar and vanilla in Ziploc bag.  Zip bag tightly and place bag inside a gallon Ziploc bag.  Put ice cubes around the bag until bag with milk is well covered.  Sprinkle table salt over ice.  Zip bag tightly.  Wrap a towel around the bag and take turns shaking bag gently for 5 minutes.  Remove small bag and rinse well under cold water to remove any salt water that may be on the bag.  Serve, eat, enjoy.....great with a chocolate chip cookie.       Make sure to use whole or 2% milk.....1% milk will not work.  |
