MAPLE FUDGE
3 c. brown sugar or maple sugar (can be half and half)1 c. cream1 tsp. vanilla1/4 tsp. maple flavoring1 c. nuts, cut up Christmas cake citrus candy
Boil sugar and cream until it forms soft ball in cold water. Beat until light and add nuts. Add cut up Christmas cake citrus candy. Add flavoring and turn onto buttered dish. Make squares.
