Boil water; add chicken breasts and cook for 30 minutes. Cut up into chunks. In an 8 x 10-inch or larger pan, layer casserole: Broccoli, cut into medium-size pieces; chicken and water chestnuts; soups, mixed together with milk and poured over chicken. Sprinkle crackers and cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with rice. |
