PARTY PIN WHEELS

ingredients

2-8 oz packages of cream cheese
1 package Original Ranch salad dressing mix
4 green onions, minced
8 flour tortillas
1 cup red or green pepper
1/2 cup diced celery
1 can sliced black olives, drained
green olives (optional)

preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients. Spread on tortillas. Sprinkle fixings on top. Roll up jelly roll style, wrap tightly. Chill 2 hours or over night. Cut off ends, slice accordingly, 3/4 inch slices.
