Cut carrots, zucchini and avocado into slivers. Cook rice. Warm sushi sheets to make more flexible. Spread rice over sheets 1 inch from one and and 2 inches from other end. Wet the ends. Lay slivers of carrots, zucchini and avocado and roll tight. Roll back and forth to seal ends. Cut rolls into 1-inch pieces. Be careful in cutting. To eat, dip part into soy sauce. Lay a piece of ginger and a dot (very hot) of wasabi and eat. |
