1 pkg. Lemon jell-o
1 1/4 c. hot water
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. whipping cream (whipped)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. diced apples (unpeeled)
1/2 c. diced pineapple
1/2 c. diced celery
6 marshmallows, cut in small pieces

Dissolve jell-o in hot water, adding pineapple juice. When it begins to congeal, fold in whipped cream and remaining ingredients. Chill until firm. Serves 10.
