OATMEAL PIE
2/3 c. sugar1 stick butter2 eggs or 1 jumbo egg2/3 c. dark corn syrup2/3 c. oatmeal, uncooked1 tsp. vanilla
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and beat well. Stir in rest of ingredients. Pour mixture into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 325° for about 40 minutes.
