PARTY PINK SALAD
juice of No. 2 can crushed pineapple24 large marshmallows1 pkg. strawberry gelatin2 c. cottage cheese1 c. drained crushed pineapple1 c. chopped pecans1 (8 oz.) box Cool Whip
Combine pineapple juice and marshmallows. Place over low heat. Add gelatin. Melt marshmallows and dissolve gelatin. Add all other ingredients. Mix. Fold in Cool Whip last. Place in refrigerator. Will keep for several days.
