HICKORY NUT COOKIES
1 lb. butter, softened1 1/4 c. confectioners sugar, sifted4 c. cake flour2 c. hickory nuts (the more the better)3/4 Tbsp. vanilla
Cream butter and sugar. Stir in flour, nuts and vanilla. Mix well. Shape in 1-inch balls. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 325°.
