POPPY SEED CHICKEN


ingredients

1 chicken
1 row Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream

preparation

Simmer chicken until tender. Cut into bite size pieces. Roll crackers into crumbs. Add melted margarine and poppy seed. Layer 1/2 crumbs on bottom of baking dish. Add chicken to soup and sour cream. Spread over crumbs. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. May also be frozen.
